Colorado police arrested a library media teacher after video surfaced showing him placing a 6-year-old student in a headlock outside Maplewood Elementary School. The Greeley-Evans School District 6 notified police of the incident on August 30, leading to the arrest of 40-year-old Joshua David Wainscott on September 11.
