A Minneapolis landowner, Arne, blames Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and his progressive policies after his property was taken over by homeless individuals. Arne, a real estate broker, spoke with Daily Wire senior editor Cabot Phillips during the Democratic National Convention coverage, describing how his empty lot in a Minneapolis neighborhood became occupied by vagrants following the pandemic and George Floyd protests.

Arne criticized the government’s inaction during the riots, which caused over $500 million in damage to Minneapolis, including the burning of the Third Precinct police headquarters. He argued that authorities would not allow such chaos near their own properties, highlighting the disparity in how different areas are treated.

Frustrated by the ongoing issues of drug use and squatting, Arne voiced the concerns of his neighbors who are afraid to speak out. He called on the city to take action, expressing that many residents are “tired of it” and want change.
